Why me

My journey began on a path many would call successful — from Renmin University of China to serving as a Product Owner at Daimler in Germany and later leading digital consulting projects across cultures.
On paper, everything looked perfect.
Yet the quiet exhaustion of misalignment eventually led to a turning point on the island of Tenerife. On the island of Tenerife — between the ocean and the volcano — something cracked open within me.
That experience reshaped everything I knew about success, guiding me home to what truly matters: navigating meaningful growth for individuals and organizations through identity, culture, and transition.
I believe in authenticity, creativity, and evolving (ACE). My work blends strategy, human-centered design thinking, and body–mind connection to create spaces that are both safe and brave — where clarity, change, and growth can unfold.
Trained as a Wayfinder Life Coach with Dr. Martha Beck, I now partner with high achievers, global professionals, and international teams to rediscover direction and realign with what truly matters — so they can live and lead with integrity, fulfillment, and joy.

A: A free, no-pressure conversation where we explore your goals, challenges, and whether my coaching style aligns with your needs. It’s your chance to ask questions and get clarity on next steps.
Q6: How long is a coaching session, and how often do we meet?
A: Sessions are typically 60 minutes. Many clients start with weekly, and move to bi-weekly sessions after certain milestone. But frequency is tailored to your preferences and goals.
Q7: Do you offer coaching remotely?
A: Yes, I work with clients worldwide via video calls. Location is no barrier to growth.
Q8: What if I need to reschedule or cancel a session?
A: Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
Life happens, and I’m happy to be flexible when possible.
Q9: Can I book a single session, or do I need a package?
A: Currently, coaching is offered through packages only.
